Delivery Information

Same day delivery powered by Instacart is available to physical addresses within a 30-minute drive from all our store locations.

The purchaser and recipient of the delivery order must be 21+ and acknowledges this responsibility at checkout.

An adult 21+ with a valid, government-issued photo ID must be present to accept the order. If proper ID is not provided upon delivery, the order will be returned to the store and the delivery fee will be forfeited.

The fulfilling store may not be the location closest to the delivery address. The fulfilling store information can be found in the top, left corner of the shipping label.

We strive to have all orders ready in time for driver pickup, but as order volume increases, we reserve the right to reschedule orders as needed but will do so only if it’s necessary.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something is incorrect, you may either accept the entire order and return incorrect items to the store for a refund or exchange or you may refuse the entire order and request a refund by calling the store who fulfilled your order. If you find an item is missing from your order, please contact the fulfilling store to request a refund for that item. The fulfilling store information is located in the top, left corner of the shipping label. If you still want the item, you may place a new order or pick up the item at the store or by using our curbside pickup service.

Sales tax is calculated based on the zip code of the delivery location.

Shipping Information

We currently ship select wine to physical addresses (no P.O. boxes) within the state of Florida via a common carrier.

Orders placed after noon will typically ship the next business day, however, some items are not available for same or next-day shipping.

The purchaser and recipient of the delivery order must be 21+ and acknowledges this responsibility at checkout.

Shipping charges for Ship-to-Home vary depending on the weight of the total order and the zip code to which it is being delivered.

During the checkout process, select Ship-to-Home and enter the delivery zip code to see the estimated shipping fee.

Shipping fees include an Adult Signature Required and Handling Fee.

Sales tax is calculated based on the zip code of the delivery location.
