Ingredients

Cocktail:

 

*Honey Syrup:

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup water

Directions

For the honey syrup: Add honey and water to sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container. Syrup will keep up to 1 month.

For the cocktail: In a shaker with ice, add rum, lime juice, honey syrup and sage leaves. Lightly muddle, shake and strain into a glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with additional sage leaves and a lemon twist.
