Honey Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup honey
  • 8 ounces water


For the honey simple syrup: In a small pot over low heat, add honey and water. Stir until combined. Allow to cool and pour into an airtight container.

For the cocktail: Combine bourbon, pear nectar, lemon juice and simple syrup in a punch bowl and stir. Top with ginger beer and ginger ale. Pour cocktail over crushed ice in a glass with a cinnamon stick.
