In a large pitcher, combine red wine, triple sec, brandy, sugar, oranges, apples, cinnamon sticks and rosemary. Mix well and place in a refrigerator for 8 – 12 hours. Before serving, add frozen cranberries to the pitcher. Rim wine glasses with maple syrup and dip in cinnamon sugar. Add fresh ice to each glass and pour in. Top with sparkling cider. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick.
