Combine bourbon, Cabernet Sauvignon, frozen mixed berry medley and lemonade in a large pitcher. Mix together and refrigerate for at least one hour. When ready to serve, stir gently and pour into wine glasses over ice. Garnish with lemon wheel and fresh mint.
