Ingredients

 

*Honey Rosemary Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3-5 sprigs of rosemary

Directions

For the syrup: Add water to a small pot and bring to boil. Then add honey and rosemary. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain and allow to cool until ready to use.

For the cocktail: Fill a shaker with ice. Add gin, lemon juice, syrup, Pimm’s No. 1 and orange juice to the shaker. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with an orange peel.
