Ingredients
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- 1 cup ice
- Pineapple slice
Directions
Add rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until well blended. Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.
