In a 6-ounce popsicle mold, add grenadine and freeze for 1-2 hours.

In a shaker, add rums, cream of coconut, lime juice and pineapple juice. Shake until combined. Remove popsicle mold from freezer once the grenadine layer has frozen. Pour the contents of the shaker over the frozen layer of grenadine and freeze overnight.
