Ingredients

  • Coconut rum
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Coconut flakes
  • Sliced banana
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Tablespoon sugar

Directions

Soak pineapple chunks in coconut rum overnight. Mix sour cream and sugar. Dip banana slices in mixture then roll in coconut flakes, making little balls. Strain pineapple and set aside coconut rum. Skewer a pineapple chunk on a toothpick, then snowball, then cherry.  Keep in a fridge or cooler until ready to serve.
