Ingredients

Popsicle:

 

Peach Puree:

  • 4 peaches, finely diced
  • ½ lemon, juiced

Directions

For the peach puree: In a bowl, add diced peaches and lemon juice. Stir to combine and add to a blender to puree.

For the popsicle: In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, water and peach puree. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
