Ingredients
Popsicle:
- 4 ounces Evan Williams Peach Bourbon
- 16 ounces cold water
- 8 ounces peach puree*
Peach Puree:
- 4 peaches, finely diced
- ½ lemon, juiced
Directions
For the peach puree: In a bowl, add diced peaches and lemon juice. Stir to combine and add to a blender to puree.
For the popsicle: In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, water and peach puree. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
