Ingredients
- 2 ounces Cooper’s Mark Peach Bourbon
- 4 peach slices
- 8 mint leaves, 1 sprig for garnish
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- Splash of club soda
Directions
In a mixing cup, muddle 3 peach slices, mint leaves and simple syrup. Add bourbon and ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into serving glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a peach slice and mint sprig.
