Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Papa’s Pilar Blonde Rum
- 2 ounces chardonnay
- ½ ounce grapefruit juice
- ¼ ounce aperitivo
- ¼ ounce agave nectar
- 1 ounce Champagne
Directions
In a shaker, combine rum, chardonnay, grapefruit juice, aperitivo and agave nectar. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice. Top with Champagne.
