• 1 ½ ounces sweet vermouth
• 1 ½ ounces Campari Aperitivo
• 1 ½ ounces sparkling wine
• Orange peel

In a glass with ice, add sweet vermouth and Campari. Stir, top with sparkling wine and stir again. Garnish with an orange peel.
