Ingredients
- Absinthe
- 2 ounces Jim Beam Black Extra-Aged Bourbon
- 2 ounces aromatic bitters
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Lemon twist
Directions
Give a chilled glass an absinthe rinse and set aside. In a mixing glass, add bourbon, bitters and simple syrup. Stir to mix and strain into chilled glass. Squeeze a lemon twist over the drink to release its essences but do not drop into the glass. Serve neat.
