*Honey Syrup:

  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup water


For the honey syrup: Add ingredients into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool, then transfer into an airtight container until ready to use. Syrup will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 month.

For the cocktail: Combine bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice and bitters in a glass over ice. Stir and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint.
