• ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup Dogfish Head Hazy-O! IPA
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of Kosher salt
  • ¼ cup oat milk (optional)
  • ½ cup dried tropical fruit and nut blend
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut
  • Fresh mint


In a large cup, combine oats, beer, chia seed, maple syrup, spices and salt. Leave enough space for the garnish, cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, stir in oat milk (if desired) and dried fruit and nut blend. Top with coconut and fresh mint.
