In a shaker with ice, add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice and salt. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and lime wedge.

*To make a blended cocktail: Add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice and salt to a blender with 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth and serve in a glass garnished with a dehydrated pineapple and lime wedge.
