Put jalapeño slices and tequila in a jar and let sit for 15 minutes for spice to infuse in the tequila. After 15 minutes, remove jalapeño slices. 

Mix the salt and sugar together on a plate. Smear the rims of glasses with honey and dip each into the salt and sugar mixture to coat the rim and set aside. 

In a shaker, combine citrus juices and infused tequila. Shake vigorously and pour mixture evenly into rimmed glasses over fresh ice. Top with wine and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
