While gin is historically used in the traditional Salty Dog, this twist on a classic brings blood orange infused vodka and grapefruit together for an aromatic, citrus-heavy, refreshing rendition.
Lightly roll grapefruit onto the rim of the glass.
Dip the prepared rim of the glass into salt and shake off excess.
Slice two thin slices of grapefruit and place them into the glass on opposite sides.
Fill the glass with ice.
Combine 2 oz of Skyy Infusions Blood Orange and 3 oz of fresh grapefruit juice in a shaker. Pour into glass and garnish with mint.
