What is your in store ID policy?
Because we are operating in an industry that by law requires patrons to be 21 or older, we must make sure our guests meet that requirement. To help with this, we have a set of guidelines for ABC team members to follow:
In an effort to provide the best and safest checkout experience at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits store locations, all debit/credit cards with chips must be processed using the chip reader. If the chip cannot be read due to damage or other circumstances, guests have the option to use a different form of payment but may not swipe a debit/credit card with a chip.
Credit Card Declines
In the event of a declined debit/credit card, guests will be unable to attempt to use the card a second time. However, we do recognize a layer of security some debit/credit card companies have that require SMS/text approvals by card users. Guests may only attempt to use the same debit/credit card a second time only if the guest receives a text message from their bank to approve the transaction. If a guest presents two debit/credit cards that are declined, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits team members may only accept cash to complete the transaction.
How can I change my ABC Card information?
You can update your ABC card information by logging into your account, click the "My Account" link at the top of the page, then click the "Billing Address & Credit Cards" link on the left side of the page.
How do I get points for my internet order?
All online orders that have an ABC Card number submitted will have reward points automatically added in the Main Club, the Internet Club, and any other applicable clubs that should receive points for the order.
What is the Internet Club?
The Internet Club is a club that earns extra points for all eligible online orders. A $2 online reward is issued for every 300 points earned in online orders. Gift card purchases and event reservations are not eligible for points. Learn more about the current clubs and your ABC Card benefits.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
You can add a gift message by clicking on the “Add a Gift Message” link at the bottom of the "Shipping & Gift Options" section during checkout. If your order has already been placed and you would like to add a gift message, please send us the information.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
We do not offer gift wrapping for our internet orders. All orders are shipped safely in cardboard boxes using Styrofoam shippers or bubble wrap. The information printed on our packing lists does not include any pricing information. The packing list information is the recipient address, a listing of the items included in the shipment, and any gift message that was entered with the order.
How can I get my gift card balance?
You can get the remaining balance on your gift card by calling our Accounting Department at (407) 851-0000, or you can contact us here. The numbers off of the back of the card (below barcode) will be required.
How can I use a gift card online?
We do not currently have a way for gift cards to be used online. All gift cards must be used in our stores.
My order is a gift, will prices be printed on the shipping invoice/packing list?
The information printed on our packing lists does not include any pricing information. The packing list information is the recipient address, a listing of the items included in the shipment, and any gift message that was entered with the order.
Can I pay at the store for my online order?
All online orders must be paid for online before they can be sent to the store for pick up. Once the order is paid for online, it will be processed and sent to the selected store on their next truck delivery.

How can I speak with someone regarding Internet Sales?

Are there any requirements for credit card purchases?
All credit card purchases of $50 or more require photo ID.
Can I special order products that ABC doesn't carry?
Yes, there are many products that we don’t carry in our stores that we are able to special order through our distributors. You can inquire about a product by visiting any of our stores or by contacting us here.

Why can’t I find a product online that I know ABC carries?
Our online inventory is limited to items that are available for us to ship out of our warehouse. Items such as soda, beer, gourmet foods, and glassware are not listed online because we are not able to ship those products. Most wine and spirits products should be listed online. If you cannot find a specific product, please contact us here.
How do I find out when my order will arrive at the store selected on my order?
Delivery time for store delivery orders depends on the selected store’s truck schedule. Stores normally receive a truck on a weekly basis. You will be notified when your order is available for pickup.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping charge for an order is dependent on the weight of the product(s) ordered and the zip code it is being delivered to. Orders shipping to our stores have no shipping charge.
When will my order ship out and how long will it take to arrive?
Most online orders ship out the same day or by the next business day, however not all orders are available for same/next day shipping. Please be aware that an adult signature (21 years of age or older) is required for all wine deliveries. For all store delivery orders, you will receive a phone call from the store when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
Where can ABC ship to?
We are currently only able to ship wine to any business or residence in Florida (with a shipping charge). All orders can also be shipped to any ABC store for pick up (no shipping charge).
