Ingredients
- 2 ounces Prairie Cucumber Organic Vodka
- 1 large cucumber (peeled)
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- Mint leaves
- 3 cups ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
