Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
Place the mint and sugar cubes into a julep cup. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and to release the pol and aroma of the mint. Add the bourbon. Fill with crushed ice and stir well with a bar spoon until the glass becomes frosty. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Add Martini and Rossi Rosé and St-Germain to a champagne flute. Lightly stir. Garnish with a strawberry.
Add Martini and Rossi Prosecco to champagne flute. Top with orange juice.
Add Grey Goose vodka and St-Germain to an ice-filled wine glass. Top with soda water. Stir gently. Squeeze lime wedges over top and drop into drink.
