Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Bacardi Superior Light Rum
- 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
- 6 ounces cola
- 1 scoop coconut ice cream
Directions
In a glass with ice, add rum, pineapple juice and cola. Stir gentle and top with a scoop of coconut ice cream.
