• 1 cup Chopin Potato Vodka
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons powdered unflavored gelatin
  • 1 candy thermometer (chef thermometer will work as well)
  • 1 drop of food coloring (if you like it colored)
  • 2-3 gummy molds


Place the Chopin Potato Vodka, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan over medium low heat (if you want to keep the alcohol in, use the thermometer and make sure to keep the temperature under 90 degrees Fahrenheit). Whisk for 2-3 minutes or until sugar and gelatin have dissolved. Remove from heat and add coloring if desired and stir. Using a glass measuring cup with a spout or a dropper, pour the mixture over the molds and ensure the molds are filled.  Refrigerate for at least 90 minutes. When gelatin is set, gummies will easily pop out of the mold. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
