• 1 fully cooked ham, around 7lbs (preferably smoked)
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Quarter Horse Bourbon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, sugar and bourbon. Brush ¼ of the mixture over the ham and back for 2 hours. Add more glaze to ham every 30 minutes until ham is heated through.
