Mix 1 ½ ounces of vodka and grenadine in one curet and set aside. Mix 1 ½ ounces of vodka and blue curacao in a second curet. Blend ice in a blender or use a snow cone machine to scoop thinly shaved ice in a cone, making a rounded top. Pour grenadine mixture over one half and the blue curacao mixture over the second half, as desired. Serve and enjoy immediately. Serves 2.
