AUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon remains focused on our goal to produce a wine true to ‘Paso Robles’The winegrapes used to produce this wine are sourced from family famers located mainly on the eastside of the AVA, they all have gravely-to-loamy soils with calcareous deposits. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested and fermented individually by vineyard lotsand then barreled into a combination of French and America for 14 months
