Ingredients
Cocktail:
- 2 ounces Chopin Vodka
- ¾ ounce St Germain Liqueur
- ¼ ounce aperitif
- ¼ ounce Aperol Apertivo
- ½ ounce lime juice
- Flower ice cubes*
- Ginger beer
*Flower Ice Cubes:
- Edible flowers of choice
- Water
- Ice mold
Directions
For the flower ice cubes: In an ice mold (plastic mold recommended), lay flowers of choice. Gently pour water over flowers and freeze for at least 3 hours.
For the cocktail: In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, liqueur, aperitif, Aperol and lime juice. Shake well and strain over flower ice cubes. Top with a splash of ginger beer.
