*Flower Ice Cubes:

  • Edible flowers of choice
  • Water
  • Ice mold


For the flower ice cubes: In an ice mold (plastic mold recommended), lay flowers of choice. Gently pour water over flowers and freeze for at least 3 hours.

For the cocktail: In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, liqueur, aperitif, Aperol and lime juice. Shake well and strain over flower ice cubes. Top with a splash of ginger beer.
