*Mango Puree:

  • 1 fresh mango, peeled and pitted
  • 3-4 teaspoons sugar
  • Lemon wedge, juiced


For the mango puree: Peel and pit mango. Add to food processor with sugar and juice of a lemon wedge. Run until smooth and set aside until ready to use.

For the cocktail: In a shaker with ice, add vodka, mango puree and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mango slice.
