The sweet, fresh flavor of a peach can brighten any day, dish or drink. The lightness of its flavor enables it to pair with almost anything—but it’s sweetness can also hold steady on its own. Mix them in a cocktail and it is like summer in a glass. These cocktails take classic recipes and turn them into a peach-lovers dream. Each one leaves you feeling warm and fuzzy on the inside. Just replace the usual liquor with one of our suggested peach-flavored spirits, like Cooper’s Mark Peach Bourbon, Smirnoff Peach Vodka, or add in one of your own surprising twists. We’ve found a new way to ap-PEACH-iate this classic cocktail. Turn that typical Old Fashioned into a new summer staple by pouring in Cooper’s Mark Peach Bourbon and adding in some sweet peach slices.

In a mixing cup with ice, combine bourbon, bitters and simple syrup. Stir until chilled. Strain into serving glass. Garnish with a peach slice and cherry.

  • 2 ½ cups Pinot Grigio

  • 5 cups frozen peaches

  • 1 fresh peach

Add frozen peaches and wine to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh peach slices.
Note: Use ½ cup less wine if you like a thicker consistency.

This recipe adds an extra kick to Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum by muddling in some jalapeño before pouring in the spirit. The lively flavor of peach brings the spice down but still leaves you with a taste that is sure to put a skip in your step.

In a glass, muddle jalapeño slice and lime juice. Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, peach nectar and ice. Top with ginger ale and stir to combine. Garnish with jalapeño and peach slices.
