Ingredients
- 2 ounces Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Aged Whiskey
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 2-4 dashes aromatic bitters (or to taste)
- Lemon peel
Directions
Add whiskey, simple syrup and bitters to a glass with ice. Stir for approximately 30 seconds or until desired dilution is reached. Express the oil from a strip of lemon peel over the drink and garnish with the lemon peel.
