Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces 1800 Blanco Tequila
- ½ ounce lavender syrup
- ¼ ounce blue curacao
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce egg white
- Violet
Directions
In a shaker without ice, add tequila, syrup, blue curacao, lemon juice and egg white. Shake and strain in a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a violet.
