Big entry, lots of botanical flavor, soft, sweet and round. It opens up quickly, coating the whole pallet, then shows citrus notes and finishes in Angelica.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top Notch Local Gin We bought bottles from the first batch and loved the unique flavors. Couple this gin with a bit of cumquat peel for a great Gin and Tonic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was never a gin fan...until now! My wife and I toured the St. Augustine Distillery and was introduced to this gin. I have never been a gin fan, but I was sold when I tried this gin. They told us they don't crush the juniper berries when the gin is made. Maybe that has something to do with it.
