The Rasteau white is 50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Clairette, 20% Bourboulenc and 5% Ugni Blanc fermented in stainless steel at 18°C. The wine shows delicate aromas of peach and melon followed by light body, bright flavors and a crisp finish. It makes a great aperitif or is super with grilled fish and shellfish or sipping outside.
