The name derives from the owners bucking the Piedmont / Tuscany / Veneto establishment. Its a blend of grapes of the area; Malvasia Nera, Primitivo and Negramaro. It shows deep black color, black cherry and violet nuances, full body, aromas of plums, black olive and licorice. It has a little residual sugar on the finish.
